Hey there lover of botanical art and botanical prints!

I'm Christy Roushey— Illustrator, Modern Calligrapher and Surface Pattern Designer based in Rochester, NY.

I am a mom to two kiddos, spouse to my college sweetheart, and the favorite of our precious pup. I create nature-inspired artwork infused with joy and symbolism to bring a richness to our everyday lives.

The House of Roushey is an extension of my home. It is an invitation to enjoy the simple things, while sharing conversations on life and growth.

My fine line design aesthetic are filled with natural elements, classic lettering, and a touch of whimsy. I work to include the language of flowers and lessons I'm learning from them.
